intuitive mobile, and desktop client data entry with data validation - Real-time monitoring of key meat processing parameters (temperature,
humidity, PH), enabled by IoT-based wireless network sensors, installed
in meat processing facilities and equipment (storage rooms, meat
transportation and processing tools, and all equipment for cooling, freezing, cooking, drying, aging, and fermentation) - Usage of Barcode and NFC scanners for automation of data entry processes during product reception, food processing, or delivery of final products
- Product Labeling (printing labels for pre-packaged meat products, bulk containers, and final products)
- Advanced inventory control; Real-time status for each product, including name, arrival and production date, quantity, current location (storage room, equipment for freezing, cooling, cooking, drying, etc.), current temperature, humidity, and PH
- Overview of all processing activities in the plant, ongoing and completed (today, last week, in a specified period)
- Alerting and Notification System, informs the operator about planned tasks to be performed, as well as about status of all ongoing processes in the plant, including all processing parameters (temperature, humidity, PH, time duration), whether they meet food safety requirements, and if they are in accordance with the product recipe.
